Scott began his career in the public sector, first serving as an aide, then as District Staff Director, to Congressman Edward J. Markey of Massachusetts. While in law school, he
worked at the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration, and as an assistant litigator at the Families and the Law Clinic in Washington, DC. After receiving his law degree in
1990, Scott started HarborTech Components, Inc., a leading global supply chain company specializing in worldwide semiconductor sourcing and distribution. He was CEO of Harbortech until its
sale in 2004. Scott brings more than 20 years of financial, executive and entrepreneurial experience to the company.
Scott's experience starting and running several successful businesses gives him valuable insight as a business consultant. Scott designs systems for accounting, paperless record keeping,
cloud-based storage, and payroll. He helps businesses find ways of cutting costs while improving efficiency. Scott’s hands-on style and no nonsense approach will improve your day-to-day
